Palazzola Law Firm was established in Atlanta, Georgia in 2007. Since then, we have been providing unparalleled legal assistance to clients for various cases. Our company founder, Christopher J. Palazzola, is an attorney with more than 22 years of legal experience. He is a trial/criminal defense lawyer and a former prosecutor. You can trust him to work with you diligently in all legal matters.

Christopher J. Palazzola has been practicing law for over 20 Years. He is an honor graduate of University of Tampa where he received his B.S. in 1995. He soon after received his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University in 1999.
Attorney Christopher J. Palazzola was a Former Fulton County Assistant District Attorney, Fulton County Managing Partner and Lead Trial Attorney for mid-sized law firm in Atlanta, prior to opening his own practice in 2007. He is a life-long advocate and champion of people’s rights with several awards for his work including: Jurisprudence, Whittier Law School, First Amendment/ Mass Communication Law. and The Pro-Bono project in 2001.
He was top 3% of his class at Whittier Law and on Law Review before transferring to GSU. In twenty years, he has never lost a criminal jury trial and has defended clients charged with serious felony matters, including murder, aggravated assault, human trafficking, aggravated battery, child molestation, arson, statutory rape, terroristic threats, all sorts of theft, and drug cases- just to name a few. He also handles misdemeanor cases, including DUI and traffic violations.
Mr. Palazzola is also licensed in US Federal Court. He is sworn into both US District court for the Northern and Middle Federal District courts of Georgia. Mr. Palazzola has defended clients charged with drug trafficking and money laundering as well as successfully suing police departments for racial discrimination. He handled hundreds if not thousands of personal injury/ slip and fall and premises liability cases settling in excess of $40 million for his clients.

Mr. Caldwell is an advocate, who encourages dialogue with the community. He is determined, positive and efficient and has over ten years of experience in management, communications, marketing, public relations and sales.
He routinely meets and answers to the diverse citizenry and business interests in West Georgia and Greater Atlanta. His public service experience has helped him to understand and address interests of diverse customers, clients and vendors. He is versed in industry trends and overall company success.
Mr. Caldwell has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in merchandising and marketing. He currently serves on the Douglas County Board of Education where he manage financial budgets in excess of $250 million yearly.
